{"id":6247,"date":"2024-09-10T00:18:14","date_gmt":"2024-09-10T00:18:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/andime.cl\/?p=6247"},"modified":"2024-10-25T22:05:56","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T22:05:56","slug":"comunicado-n-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/andime.cl\/index.php\/2024\/09\/10\/comunicado-n-23\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicado: N\u00b0 23"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>10-10-2024.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Mat: Convoca Asamblea Nacional Ordinaria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Estimados\/as Dirigentes\/as:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Junto con saludarlos fraternalmente, informamos a ustedes que conforme con lo establecido en nuestros Estatutos, se convoca a Asamblea Nacional Ordinaria, en forma presencial, a efectuarse desde los d\u00edas 8 al 11 de octubre de 2024 en la V regi\u00f3n; se informar\u00e1 lugar de realizaci\u00f3n y programa.\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">En cumplimiento del art\u00edculo 11\u00b0 :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abLas Asambleas Nacionales Ordinarias de Dirigentes se celebrar\u00e1n a lo menos una vez al a\u00f1o. Sin perjuicio de las atribuciones contenidas en la Ley N<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">19.296 y sus posibles modificaciones, ser\u00e1n atribuciones de la Asamblea Nacional de Dirigentes Ordinaria:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pronunciarse sobre la Memoria Anual y el Balance de todo el per\u00edodo presentado por el Directorio Nacional.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pronunciarse sobre el presupuesto de ingresos y gastos presentado por el Directorio.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fijar pautas de trabajo para periodos y asuntos determinados.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resolver las consultas que le someta el Directorio de propia iniciativa o solicitadas por Directores regionales o provinciales.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acordar mecanismos para la revisi\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ratificar o establecer mecanismos para la designaci\u00f3n de los miembros de la Comisi\u00f3n de \u00c9tica y Comisi\u00f3n Coordinadora de Elecciones, seg\u00fan establezca el Reglamento.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acordar el monto de las cuotas extraordinarias de la Asociaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conocer y evaluar los programas de trabajo, y proponer estrategias de desarrollo.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Con el prop\u00f3sito de que puedan planificar su participaci\u00f3n, se les solicita programar su agenda considerando la salida de Santiago (Ministerio Central) el d\u00eda 8\u00a0 de octubre desde las 11 horas hasta el lugar donde se realizar\u00e1 el encuentro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Las coordinaciones para compra de pasajes se har\u00e1n con la Sra. Sara Candia con cargo a tesorer\u00eda nacional, no se ocupa recursos de sus provinciales para financiar su participaci\u00f3n en la Asamblea Nacional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe destacar, que la asistencia a convocatoria indicada es de car\u00e1cter obligatoria, eso implica que se deber\u00e1 informar razones de inasistencia.
