Junto con saludarlos, esperando se encuentren bien junto a sus familias, informamos sobre las gestiones realizadas por el Directorio Nacional en el mes de julio.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Concurso de Promoci\u00f3n: <\/b>El Directorio Nacional realiz\u00f3 diferentes reuniones con la autoridad y su equipo para avanzar y acordar los factores y subfactores que ser\u00e1n parte de las bases del Concurso. Se espera que en la primera semana de agosto esta parte del proceso est\u00e9 zanjada.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Brechas Salariales: <\/b>El proceso se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo hasta el 31 julio de 2024, donde est\u00e1n siendo notificados los 80 funcionarios\/as a contrata, quienes podr\u00e1 definir dentro de diez d\u00edas si aceptan o no lo propuesto.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Ley 21.040<\/b>: El Directorio Nacional se reuni\u00f3 con los equipos legislativos de los senadores Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda Ruminot, Jaime Quintana, Gustavo Sanhueza y de la senadora Yasna Provoste, para presentar las propuestas de indicaciones de Andime en el marco de la discusi\u00f3n de la modificaci\u00f3n de la Ley 21040, Nueva Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica que se est\u00e1 desplegando en el Congreso Nacional.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cabe destacar que el Directorio Nacional realiz\u00f3 un conversatorio transmitido en nuestras redes sociales respecto a los detalles de la propuesta de Andime con el asesor legislativo del gremio, Felipe Larenas, la cual pueden revisar en Andime.cl.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Reuni\u00f3n Provincial CPEIP<\/b>: Se realiz\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n entre el Directorio Nacional, la provincial de Andime CPEIP y la directora del centro de perfeccionamiento, ya que la autoridad busca disminuir el transporte de acercamiento con los que cuentan los funcionarios\/as. De los tres buses que hoy existen solo quieren dejar dos, por ello hemos planteado que no permitiremos perder derechos adquiridos y menos que se perjudique a los y las colegas. En ese marco la autoridad se comprometi\u00f3 en presentar una contrapropuesta para ver nuevas opciones de transporte seg\u00fan los recursos existentes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Asamblea ANEF : <\/b>El Directorio Nacional de Andime particip\u00f3 de la XVII Asamblea Nacional Extraordinaria de Anef, donde se sancion\u00f3 y vot\u00f3 la \u201cPlataforma de Lucha ANEF 2024\u201d, documento que resume los contenidos del pliego de peticiones para trabajar en la Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3n Sectorial con el Gobierno. En ese marco, se defini\u00f3 que el eje central de las tareas es construir un Nuevo Modelo de Empleo P\u00fablico como pilar fundamental para la modernizaci\u00f3n del Estado. De esta forma, se han ratificado los 4 puntos de la plataforma de lucha: Condiciones de empleo y movilidad, Teletrabajo, 40 horas para el Sector P\u00fablico e Incentivo al Retiro.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
