{"id":6142,"date":"2024-08-06T17:13:05","date_gmt":"2024-08-06T17:13:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/andime.cl\/?p=6142"},"modified":"2024-08-06T17:16:12","modified_gmt":"2024-08-06T17:16:12","slug":"andime-informa-avances-en-carrera-funcionaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/andime.cl\/index.php\/2024\/08\/06\/andime-informa-avances-en-carrera-funcionaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Andime Informa avances en Carrera Funcionaria\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estimados\/as dirigentes\/as provinciales Andime:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Junto con saludarles cordialmente y esperando se encuentren bien junto a sus familias, el presente comunicado tiene por objeto informar respecto a la puesta en marcha del Concurso de Promoci\u00f3n, Reducci\u00f3n de Brechas Salariales y el Traspaso de Auxiliares y Administrativos.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Concurso de Promoci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Directorio Nacional luego de comunicar a la autoridad la aprobaci\u00f3n de la propuesta de Concurso de Promoci\u00f3n, validada por el Consejo de Presidentes\/as, sostuvo una reuni\u00f3n con el equipo del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, donde se presentaron los antecedentes para comenzar a trabajar las bases del Concurso. Andime tiene hasta el 19 de julio para entregar sus primeras observaciones referentes a los puntajes y ponderaciones de los subfactores.\u00a0 \u00a0 En la semana siguiente el Directorio Nacional\u00a0 se reunir\u00e1\u00a0 con el equipo ministerial para entregar observaciones a propuesta de bases entregada por la autoridad y concluir\u00a0 las bases finales que ser\u00e1n enviadas a la CGR . As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se actualizar\u00e1 la calendarizaci\u00f3n de pasos a realizar hasta la ejecuci\u00f3n total del Concurso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe destacar que el mi\u00e9rcoles 10, Directorio Nacional realiz\u00f3 una Capacitaci\u00f3n para dirigentes\/as provinciales respecto al Concurso de Promoci\u00f3n la cual ser\u00e1 publicada en nuestra p\u00e1gina web y mantendremos los canales de consulta y atenci\u00f3n. La informaci\u00f3n se encuentra en el siguiente video:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hp78WZ37mEw?si=OgYkSRKBX7NPoRH0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Reducci\u00f3n de brechas salariales<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proceso comenzar\u00e1 en el mes julio de 2024 para 80 funcionarios\/as a contrata, quienes ser\u00e1n notificados individualmente hasta el 31 de julio, cada cual podr\u00e1 definir dentro de diez d\u00edas siguientes si acepta o no la mejora propuesta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Traspaso de auxiliares a administrativos\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Directorio Nacional entreg\u00f3 nuevos antecedentes que podr\u00edan permitirla materializaci\u00f3n de este punto.
