Observamos con gran inquietud c\u00f3mo esta autoridad ha llevado a cabo acciones como la persecuci\u00f3n mediante sumarios y anotaciones de dem\u00e9rito, las cuales claramente contravienen toda normativa establecida y vulneran los derechos laborales de nuestros colegas.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Adicionalmente, queremos se\u00f1alar que la autoridad regional no ha gestionado de manera adecuada los procesos para cerrar investigaciones emanadas de Contralor\u00eda y no ha instruido procesos administrativos que permitan subsanar problem\u00e1ticas internas. Estas negligencias han generado situaciones de agobio y hostigamiento entre su equipo de confianza y los funcionarios, creando un ambiente laboral insostenible.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>La pandemia del maltrato en la Seremi de Educaci\u00f3n es evidente, reflejada en un aumento sin precedentes de presentaciones de sumarios relacionadas con el maltrato. Exigimos un compromiso real por parte del gobierno para que sus autoridades no solo provoquen, sino tampoco amparen el maltrato ni el acoso laboral dentro de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>En este contexto, el Directorio de Andime Secreduc del Biob\u00edo ha tomado la decisi\u00f3n de iniciar un proceso de movilizaci\u00f3n ascendente, en busca de un ambiente laboral justo, respetuoso y libre de maltrato. Demandamos la salida de la Secretaria Regional Ministerial de Educaci\u00f3n del Biob\u00edo y su equipo de confianza, responsables directos de promover esta actitud de abuso, amparando el maltrato y acoso laboral.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Esperamos que esta declaraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica sirva como llamado de atenci\u00f3n y urgimos a las autoridades competentes a tomar medidas inmediatas para remediar esta situaci\u00f3n.
