de Prensa| Andime anuncia Paro de 48 horas para el 15 y 16 de noviembre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Trabajadores y Trabajadoras del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n (ANDIME) luego de desplegar una importante Jornada Nacional de Paro de Advertencia el lunes 6 de noviembre,\u00a0 recibi\u00f3 por escrito la respuesta del Ministro de Educaci\u00f3n, Nicol\u00e1s Cataldo, la cual fue rechazada por la Asamblea Nacional extraordinaria de dirigentes y dirigentas regionales, realizada el pasado 9 de noviembre.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La instancia sindical determin\u00f3 que, la respuesta de la autoridad no resuelve ninguno de los tres puntos presentados por la asociaci\u00f3n &#8211;<\/span><b>Concurso de Promoci\u00f3n, Traspaso de Auxiliares a Administrativos y Disminuci\u00f3n de Brechas Salariales- <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">por las siguientes razones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es un retroceso respecto de lo que se estaba negociando durante los \u00faltimos cinco meses en las mesas t\u00e9cnicas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inexistencia de un cronograma y calendarizaci\u00f3n del proceso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disminuye la cantidad de funcionarios y funcionarias que mejorar\u00edan sus remuneraciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No asegura que se ingrese en la discusi\u00f3n 2023 del Presupuesto para que se implemente en 2024.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es por ello que la movilizaci\u00f3n ascendente seguir\u00e1 su trayectoria mientras el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n no entregue una respuesta satisfactoria, que respete lo acordado y se comprometa de manera genuina a avanzar en carrera funcionaria, con los siguientes elementos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoci\u00f3n: Calendarizaci\u00f3n y cronograma de hitos para ingresar la propuesta a Dipres y a la discusi\u00f3n del Presupuesto Mineduc 2024.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brechas Salariales: Mantenci\u00f3n de la cantidad de funcionarios y funcionarias inicialmente informados que se beneficiar\u00edan con la mejora.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traspaso de Auxiliares a Administrativos: Que se materialice formalmente en lo que resta del a\u00f1o 2023.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese marco los trabajadores y trabajadoras del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n desplegar\u00e1n <\/span><b>dos jornadas de Paro Total de Actividades Laborales los d\u00edas mi\u00e9rcoles 15 y jueves 16 de noviembre en todas las oficinas a lo largo del pa\u00eds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe destacar que Andime en el Paro de Advertencia del 6 de noviembre tuvo una adhesi\u00f3n aproximada de un 95 por ciento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con organizaci\u00f3n y unidad sindical seguiremos avanzando en la lucha por carrera funcionaria, para responder a los desaf\u00edos del sistema educativo para el resguardo del derecho a la educaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
