Estimados socios y socias de la regi\u00f3n de coquimbo de acuerdo con la normativa sanitaria y al instructivo del subsecretario sobre el funcionamiento de las mesas Covid declaramos lo siguiente:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. La mesa Covid agendada para hoy 05 de agosto, fue suspendida por SEREMI el d\u00eda 04 de agosto a las 20:53 horas. Esta situaci\u00f3n ha sido recurrente durante todo el periodo. (Sugiere reagendar para viernes 06 a las 14:00 a 15:00 horas, lo cual es demasiado tarde ya que el retorno se indica para el lunes)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0Hasta la fecha no se ha logrado establecer un protocolo consensuado a pesar de que ANDIME y Comit\u00e9 paritario han entregado desde hace 1 a\u00f1o y 4 meses atr\u00e1s reiteradas sugerencias.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. SEREMI act\u00faa de acuerdo con instrucci\u00f3n de la Rex 1696 del 2021 emitida por subsecretario. No considerando ni la infraestructura, la contaminaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica ni casos excepcionales de ciertas unidades y los territorios. Para ANDIME es grave la no existencia de un protocolo de retorno consensuado y socializado en la mesa y posteriormente difundido a todos \u00a0 los trabajadores de la regi\u00f3n en fase 4 antes del retorno presencial del lunes 09 de agosto.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. La decisi\u00f3n del retorno fue unilateral, ni ANDIME ni paritario particip\u00f3 en esa decisi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/p>\n

    Andime no est\u00e1 de acuerdo en la forma en la que se est\u00e1 intencionando el retorno.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    La postura de los directorios suscritos NO es de no regresar al trabajo presencial, sino de regresar de manera gradual, manteniendo sistemas de turnos, y respetando los aforos de oficinas y edificios, de tal modo evitar riesgos innecesarios en circunstancias que no somos un servicio esencial.<\/span><\/p>\n

    El trabajo remoto se ha realizado de manera efectiva, y continuamos en estado de excepci\u00f3n constitucional por cat\u00e1strofe sanitaria hasta el d\u00eda 30 de septiembre.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

    La pandemia no est\u00e1 controlada ni en Chile ni el mundo, sumado al ingreso de la variante delta. Sin considerar la experiencia internacional donde otros pa\u00edses han dado apertura y han vuelto a cerrar aplicando medidas m\u00e1s restrictivas.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Nos parece lamentable que en un escenario tan sensible y complejo por el que atraviesa el pa\u00eds, y m\u00e1s en el proceso de di\u00e1logo que nos encontramos con la instalaci\u00f3n de la convenci\u00f3n constitucional, no se considere a quienes leg\u00edtimamente hemos sido elegidos para ser la voz de los trabajadores.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Hacemos un llamado a los trabajadores de esta regi\u00f3n a unirnos y quedar en estado de alerta frente a condiciones sanitarias adversas y sus posibles consecuencias.<\/span><\/p>\n
