{"id":3759,"date":"2021-04-28T21:14:05","date_gmt":"2021-04-28T21:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/andime.cl\/?p=3759"},"modified":"2021-04-28T21:14:05","modified_gmt":"2021-04-28T21:14:05","slug":"anef-celebra-resolucion-del-tc-que-rechaza-requerimiento-del-gobierno-contra-el-tercer-retiro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/andime.cl\/index.php\/2021\/04\/28\/anef-celebra-resolucion-del-tc-que-rechaza-requerimiento-del-gobierno-contra-el-tercer-retiro\/","title":{"rendered":"ANEF CELEBRA RESOLUCI\u00d3N DEL TC QUE RECHAZA REQUERIMIENTO DEL GOBIERNO CONTRA EL TERCER RETIRO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Comunicado de la Agrupaci\u00f3n Nacional de Empleados Fiscales respecto al \u00faltimo fallo del Tribunal Constitucional.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la decisi\u00f3n del Tribunal Constitucional de declarar inadmisible el recurso de inconstitucionalidad, en contra del tercer retiro del 10% de los fondos previsionales, interpuesto por el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Sebasti\u00e1n Pi\u00f1era, ha restablecido la mayoritaria decisi\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica expresada en el Congreso, en el sentido de aprobar la Ley que determina la facultad discrecional que tiene cada cotizante de decidir sobre los fondos que le pertenecen, traducido en el tercer retiro del 10% de sus propios fondos previsionales. Esto como un paliativo a la deficiente acci\u00f3n del Estado para proteger a sus ciudadanos en tiempos de Pandemia, y en el entendido que es urgente y necesario cambiar el r\u00e9gimen previsional por un sistema solidario y de reparto.<\/p>\n<p>La obcecaci\u00f3n y la soberbia de un Gobierno, que no lee las claras se\u00f1ales de una ciudadan\u00eda desencantada, hace patente el naufragio del modelo econ\u00f3mico neoliberal. Nunca antes se pudo percibir con tanta claridad la incapacidad del Estado para estar acorde con las necesidades del pueblo, un Estado creado para mantener las condiciones favorables a la especulaci\u00f3n financiera, que protege los intereses de las grandes fortunas, y que reduce a<br \/>un insumo el trabajo, para mantener una mano de obra barata, no es un Estado capaz de afrontar las exigencias de una verdadera justicia social; por el contrario, ha contribuido a que la desigualdad en Chile constituya un r\u00e9cord internacional, y actualmente, en tiempo de crisis, ha demostrado que no est\u00e1 a la altura del desaf\u00edo de una pandemia como el COVID-19, manteniendo en la indefensi\u00f3n al grueso de la poblaci\u00f3n de nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Esperemos que esta lecci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica, pueda encauzar las decisiones pol\u00edticas en favor de las grandes mayor\u00edas, esperemos que el pueblo organizado pueda decidir su propio destino. Hoy, tenemos que forzar las voluntades hacia las grandes y profundas reformas que el pa\u00eds necesita y merece.
