MARCELA CUBILLOS,<\/strong>&nbsp;Ministra de\nEducaci\u00f3n, porque:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hoy estamos a\u00fan m\u00e1s alertas y claros ante la pol\u00edtica del terror y      amedrentamiento del gobierno. No en vano el d\u00eda de ayer, el Presidente Pi\u00f1era llam\u00f3 a reunirse con el COSENA, con una agenda para amordazar y paralizar a la ciudadan\u00eda, con un desmesurado respaldo a las Polic\u00edas y \u201cpoder de inteligencia\u201d otorgado a estas, significa que todos seremos espiados, en espacial quienes est\u00e1n al frente de organizaciones sindicales y\/o sociales y se tender\u00e1 a la pol\u00edtica de la delaci\u00f3n a quienes tengan alg\u00fan grado de participaci\u00f3n en las organizaciones sociales. Falsamente el Presidente Pi\u00f1era quiere aparentar su preocupaci\u00f3n por la ciudadan\u00eda\u2026 \u201cQuisiera hacer un llamado en estos tiempos dif\u00edciles a todos los poderes del Estado, hoy es tiempo de unidad y no solo de unidad, sino que tambi\u00e9n de soluciones a los problemas que aquejan a nuestra ciudadan\u00eda\u201d<\/li><li>Ante la vulneraci\u00f3n flagrante de los derechos fundamentales de los estudiantes, La Ministra de Educaci\u00f3n es c\u00f3mplice cuando: su gobierno introduce a las polic\u00edas al interior de los EE para lograr \u201cnormalidad\u201d a punta de disparos, maltrato y Vulneraci\u00f3n de Derechos de los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y j\u00f3venes sin decir nada. Es c\u00f3mplice cuando guarda silencio ante la pregunta \u00bfC\u00f3mo explicar\u00eda a un ni\u00f1o que el presidente dijo que estamos en guerra? \u00bfCon qui\u00e9n? \u00a0\u00a0\u00bfCon los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y j\u00f3venes? \u00bfPor eso omite respuesta?<\/li><li>La ministra MIENTE en decir \u00bf\u201cLOS NI\u00d1OS PRIMERO\u201d?\u00a0 cuando nunca ha escuchado a los estudiantes para saber su sentir y pensar; solo para      hablar de la violencia provocada por el Estado, utiliz\u00e1ndolos para      levantar proyectos elitistas, excluyentes y de judicializaci\u00f3n de la      rebeld\u00eda natural de los j\u00f3venes.<\/li><li>La ministra ha enga\u00f1ado al pa\u00eds para cerrar el a\u00f1o escolar de Establecimientos Educacionales si tiene tuici\u00f3n y responsabilidad para apa\u00f1ar a su alcalde de Santiago; en consecuencia, que, para defenderse de la Acusaci\u00f3n Constitucional, declara que no tiene responsabilidad sobre los EE P\u00fablicos.<\/li><li>La ministra ante \u201cEl Empoderamiento de los Apoderados\u201d, pol\u00edtica de Cubillos, no se ajusta a lo que hace al momento de decidir algo tan importante como es el cierre del a\u00f1o escolar, no contemplando la opini\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda de los apoderados.<\/li><li>La ministra ha normalizado la aplicaci\u00f3n de la fuerza policiaca en los EE, incumpliendo la normativa de resguardo y respeto a la vida de nuestros estudiantes, denunciado por nuestra organizaci\u00f3n desde el inicio de la presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto en el parlamento no obstante la autoridad una vez mas no escucho y hoy tenemos las consecuencias a la vista.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>ANDIME HACE UN LLAMADO A TODAS\/OS LOS TRABAJADORES DEL MINISTERIO DE EDUCACI\u00d3N A ESTAR ALERTAS Y CON MUCHA COHESI\u00d3N, SON DIAS DIF\u00cdCILES DONDE NOS QUIEREN SILENCIAR\u2026 PERO NO DEJEMOS QUE EL MIEDO NOS PARALICE \u2026YA DESPERTAMOS Y TENEMOS QUE MANTENERNOS ATENTOS A CUALQUIER TIPO DE AMENAZA \u2026.Paralice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>\u201cANDIME AYER, HOY Y SIEMPRE\nJUNTO A LA CLASE TRABAJADORA\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Directorio Nacional de ANDIME<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por esto, la Asociaci\u00f3n de trabajadores y trabajadoras del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n&nbsp;EXIGE LA RENUNCIA DE LA SRA.
