lo informado por nuestros compa\u00f1eros del\nnorte del pa\u00eds, el Comit\u00e9 Bipartito de Capacitaci\u00f3n de la Regi\u00f3n de\nAntofagasta, consider\u00f3 en su Plan Anual de Capacitaci\u00f3n 2019 el Diplomado en\nHerramientas de Gesti\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n, con el prop\u00f3sito que cada persona pueda\ndesempe\u00f1ar de mejor manera la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, respondiendo \u00edntegramente a la\nDetecci\u00f3n de Necesidades de Capacitaci\u00f3n manifestada por los propios\nfuncionarios, optando por la modalidad de Diplomado, a fin de entregar tambi\u00e9n\nuna forma de promover en las personas su compromiso con su propio desarrollo,\nsiguiendo la l\u00ednea que hasta ahora se ha realizado en la materia, a trav\u00e9s de\ndiversos instrumentos, entre otros, el desarrollo del Programa de Mejoramiento\nde Gesti\u00f3n (PMG) y el Instructivo Presidencial N\u00b01 de Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas\nLaborales en Desarrollo de Personas en el Estado, suscrito el 26 de enero de\n2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/andime.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image007.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"2569\" data-link=\"http:\/\/andime.cl\/?attachment_id=2569\" class=\"wp-image-2569\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2567\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Comit\u00e9 Bipartito de Capacitaci\u00f3n de la regi\u00f3n\nde Antofagasta, lo integran representantes de la Instituci\u00f3n y de los\nfuncionarios a trav\u00e9s de la Asociaci\u00f3n Gremial ANDIME, de la Secretaria\nMinisterial de Educaci\u00f3n, Departamento Provincial de Antofagasta \u2013 Tocopilla y\nDepartamento Provincial de El Loa y est\u00e1 compuesto por:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rosa Zoluaga Alday, Representante institucional<\/li><li>Alberto Santander Becerra, Representante institucional<\/li><li>Lorenna Salazar Olivares, Representante institucional<\/li><li>Clarisa Santana Collao, Representante Gremial<\/li><li>Manuel \u00c1ngel Cort\u00e9s, Representante Gremial<\/li><li>Juan Carlos Ch\u00e1vez Herrera, Representante Gremial<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Diplomado en Herramientas de Gesti\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n, impartido por la\nUniversidad Santo Tomas sede Antofagasta en el que participaron 30 funcionarios\nde los estamentos, Directivo, Profesional, T\u00e9cnico, Administrativo y Auxiliar,\nde la Secretaria Ministerial y Departamentos Provinciales de Antofagasta \u2013\nTocopilla y El Loa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ceremonia se realizo en la Universidad Santo Tomas, el pasadomartes 10 de septiembre a las 11:30 horas, con la participaci\u00f3n del Secretario Ministerial de Educaci\u00f3n don Hugo Keith Acevedo, el Presidente Nacional del Andime, don Egidio Barrera Galdames y jefaturas de los departamentos provinciales y departamento de Secreduc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andime Nacional saluda a nuestros compa\u00f1eros de Secreduc Antofagasta por\neste tremendo logro de gesti\u00f3n para el perfeccionamiento profesional y t\u00e9cnico\nde nuestros compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras, que permitir\u00e1 un mejor desempe\u00f1o en\nbeneficio de la comunidad
