REGIONALES Y PROVINCIALES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Considerando que el d\u00eda de hoy el Gobierno no hizo ninguna nueva propuesta, manteniendo inmutable el 3% de reajuste ofrecido en la \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n, no se pronunci\u00f3 sobre el bono de negociaci\u00f3n y reiter\u00f3 en general su respuesta negativa respecto de las dem\u00e1s materias contenidas en el petitorio presentado, las organizaciones de la Mesa del Sector Publico un\u00e1nimemente acordaron realizar un <strong>PARO NACIONAL <\/strong>por 48 horas este<strong> JUEVES 20 y VIERNES 21 DE OCTUBRE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, llamamos a todos los asociados de nuestras organizaciones bases y empleados p\u00fablicos de la Administraci\u00f3n Central del Estado afiliadas a la ANEF, para que junto a nuestros compa\u00f1eros de la mesa del Sector P\u00fablico nos movilicemos para exigir del Gobierno <strong><u>UN REAJUSTE DIGNO, BONO DE NEGOCIACI\u00d3N PARA TODOS Y RESPUESTA POSITIVA A LAS DEMAS MATERIAS DEL PETITORIO PRESENTADO AL GOBIERNO.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por tanto, ANEF convoca a <strong>PARO NACIONAL<\/strong> para el <strong>jueves 20 Y viernes 21 de octubre <\/strong>e instruye a sus Asociaciones Bases, ANEF Regionales y Provinciales que organicen asambleas y otras actividades con el objeto entregar amplia informaci\u00f3n a nuestros compa\u00f1eros de trabajo y a la ciudadan\u00eda sobre el contenido y legitimidad de nuestras demandas, se coordinen al efecto con las dem\u00e1s organizaciones de la Mesa del Sector Publico y<strong>\u00a0<\/strong> desplegar todos nuestros esfuerzos, en los distintos \u00e1mbitos, niveles y territorios para asegurar el mayor \u00e9xito de esta movilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Mi\u00e9rcoles\u00a019 de Octubre<strong> \u00a0<\/strong>nuestras Asociaciones Bases en Santiago, Regiones y Provincias, como tambi\u00e9n las ANEFs. Regionales y Provinciales, deber\u00e1n\u00a0realizar las siguientes actividades preparatorias:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-ASAMBLEAS INFORMATIVAS<\/strong>, motivar la participaci\u00f3n activa en el PARO NACIONAL y organizar comit\u00e9s de movilizaci\u00f3n en cada oficina y lugar de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-INSTALAR AFICHES Y LIENZOS<\/strong>\u00a0alusivos, al interior y frontis de los Servicios P\u00fablicos,\u00a0 distribuir los volantes y efectuar llamado en p\u00e1ginas web, facebook, twitter y en general en todas las redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-INFORMAR A LOS USUARIOS<\/strong>, mediante\u00a0 volantes y avisos instalados en los accesos de los servicios, que los d\u00edas \u00a0\u201c<strong>JUEVES 20 y VIERNES 21 DE OCTUBRE: NO SE ATENDER\u00c1 POR PARO NACIONAL \u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>en regiones y provincias,\u00a0\u00a0las ANEFs respectivas, se coordinar\u00e1n con la mesa del sector p\u00fablico para realizar marchas y concentraciones conjuntas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>El\u00a0JUEVES 20 y VIERNES 21 DE OCTUBRE,<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0d\u00edas de\u00a0<strong>PARO NACIONAL,\u00a0<\/strong>las actividades en general, ser\u00e1n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>-CIERRE DE LUGARES DE TRABAJO<\/u><\/strong>: En los Servicios P\u00fablicos, a partir de las\u00a0<strong>08.00 hrs<\/strong>. (salvo turnos de emergencia y casos excepcionales)<strong>, no se realizan labores habituales, no se atiende p\u00fablico ni tel\u00e9fonos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>-BULLICIO<\/u><\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong> a partir de las\u00a0<strong>09.00 y hasta las 10.00 hrs<\/strong>. se instalan en los frontis y acceso\u00a0 de los\u00a0 servicios con pitos, pancartas y vocean nuestras consignas<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>-MARCHA Y ACTO CENTRAL<\/u><\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>en Santiago y regiones se realizara una marcha y concentraci\u00f3n en lugar c\u00e9ntrico, en horario y lugar a informar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para los efectos entregar mayor informaci\u00f3n y afinar detalles de la jornada de PARO NACIONAL, <strong>en Santiago<\/strong> se realizara un Consejo de Presidentes y Delegados, <strong>el Mi\u00e9rcoles 19 de octubre a las 12.30 hrs. en nuestra sede de Alameda 1603.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Llamado a TODOS Y TODAS los\/as dirigentes\/as de Asociaciones a nivel nacional, regional y provincial a lograr el compromiso y participaci\u00f3n de todos sus socios y socias, y de los Funcionarios\/r\u00edas P\u00fablicos en General, en los dos d\u00edas de <strong>PARO NACIONAL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DIRECTORIO NACIONAL DE ANEF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">SANTIAGO, 18 de Octubre de 2016.-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cPOR UN REAJUSTE DIGNO Y MEJORES CONDICIONES LABORALES PARA LAS FUNCIONARIAS\/RIOS PUBLICOS\u201d COMUNICADO A LAS ASOCIACIONES, ANEFS.
