Est\u00e1 inspirada en el amor, cooperaci\u00f3n, ayuda mutua y solidaridad con prescindencia de todo credo pol\u00edtico o religioso. Su acci\u00f3n, tanto en lo social como en lo econ\u00f3mico, se basa en los principios de libertad, democracia, justicia y humanismo considerando la igualdad de todos sus asociados. Esto se proyecta en la b\u00fasqueda de una sociedad que enmarca su accionar.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalidades de la Asociaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Fomentar y defender el respeto por los derechos humanos, la protecci\u00f3n y <\/span>preservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Contribuir al desarrollo de las pol\u00edticas educacionales del Ministerio en todos sus <\/span>niveles.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) Ejercer el derecho de participar en el estudio de las pol\u00edticas relativas al personal.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) Relacionarse con personas, organismos o instituciones, nacionales e internacionales, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para la celebraci\u00f3n de actos, convenios o contratos necesarios para la consecuci\u00f3n de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">objetivos y fines de la Asociaci\u00f3n en beneficio de sus asociados.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e) Propiciar acciones para el fomento de la cultura, el deporte, la recreaci\u00f3n y el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adecuado uso del tiempo libre de sus asociados y grupos familiares.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">f) Promover y defender las reivindicaciones econ\u00f3micas, laborales y sociales que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contribuyan al bienestar de sus asociados.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">g) Prestar asistencia legal, social, laboral, t\u00e9cnica a los asociados y asociadas que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contribuyan a su bienestar y representar a los funcionarios ante los organismos y <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entidades en que la Ley les concede participaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">h) Hacer presente, ante las autoridades competentes, cualquier incumplimiento de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">las normas del Estatuto Administrativo y dem\u00e1s que establezcan derechos y <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">obligaciones de los funcionarios.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i) Cautelar e impulsar la capacitaci\u00f3n y perfeccionamiento laboral-institucional de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">los asociados, resguardando la igualdad y equidad en el acceso, y la calidad y<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pertinencia de \u00e9stos, como asimismo, la organizaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gremial.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">j) Comprometer los esfuerzos de la Asociaci\u00f3n para hacer cumplir las finalidades<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estipuladas en la Ley N\u00b0 19.296<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nuestro Prop\u00f3sito La Asociaci\u00f3n se constituye para la defensa y mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de sus asociados.
